Tican Fresh Meat A/S is owned by the Tönnies Group, one of the world’s largest food companies. 95% of our production is exported, mainly to Germany and distant markets. The factory in both Thisted and Brørup employs around 1400 people in total. The major part is slaughter operatives. Tican is a company with deep roots and traditions, and our history dates back to 1928.
Our company is growing and therefore we are in the process of expanding our production to include evening shifts currently in Brorup. We are looking for different employee categories. Knife experience and butchery skills would be an advantage. It is an advantage if you speak Danish or English, German or Polish, but not a requirement. You preferably have experience in the food industry.
We are especially on the lookout for experienced knife workers, slaughter operatives for the butchery chain, and also slaughter operative for cutting/boning.

You will be part of the existing team with a 37-hour working week in Brorup, or a 42,5 hour week in Thisted according to a local agreement. The workplace is Markedsvej 9, 6650 Brørup, Denmark or Strandvejen 7, 7700 Thisted ,Denmark
